The estate, which for five centuries was the residence of the famous Sozzini dynasty, is now one of the most exclusive hotels in the area and guests can expect a unique experience with exceptional levels of service throughout. Set in the green Tuscan countryside, the estate has also produced olive oil for centuries and has its own cosmetic line which uses natural products like oil, wine and honey.

Borgo Scopeto Relais has 58 elegant rooms with modern comforts which have lost none of their original 14th-century charm. Each room has air conditioning, LCD satellite TV, Internet and a safe. The well-appointed marble and travertine bathrooms have shelves, a magnifying mirror, a hair dryer and a bathtub or shower. All the rooms are different. Some have an independent entrance and overlook the gardens.
