Designed by renowned architect Bill Cox, this two-level villa is one of Casa de Campo’s original architectural residences and is built entirely from natural wood, giving it a distinctive Caribbean character and timeless appeal.

The property features five bedrooms with king-size beds, offering comfortable accommodation for couples and golf groups. Each room is designed to capture the relaxed Caribbean atmosphere, enhanced by natural light and the gentle sea breeze. The master suite includes a private terrace overlooking the Caribbean Sea, creating a peaceful place to start the day with ocean views.

Indoor living spaces include a comfortable family/TV room and a fully equipped gym, both with air-conditioning for added comfort. The villa’s key living areas are also wheelchair accessible, allowing all guests to move easily throughout the main spaces.

Minimum Stay

A 3-night minimum stay applies during Low and High Seasons, 5 nights during Easter Week and Thanksgiving, and 10 nights during the Christmas and New Year period.

Miscellaneous

The reservation holder must be at least 26 years old. Guests are responsible for any long-distance telephone charges incurred during their stay. Guests are also responsible for any damage to appliances, furniture, linens, tableware, or other property items during the rental period.

Access to golf courses including advance reservations at special rates, discounts and special offers at the resort’s restaurants, sports facilities and other activities, and access to health care services at the Central Romana Medical Center. All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo Resort must register to access the resort and its amenities, with registration fees set by and paid directly to the resort; effective February 1, 2026, the fees are US$30 per adult per night (ages 13+), US$15 per child per night (ages 4–12), and complimentary for children under 4.
