Choose from any of the three upstairs en-suite bedrooms with breathtaking ocean-facing views, each featuring its own walled,
outdoor bathroom complete with a rain shower, two of which boast a free-standing terrazzo bathtub for the ultimate indulgence. The fourth en-suite room comes with a unique semi-circular bed and direct access to the pool terrace.

For all-day relaxation, there are airy living and dining spaces, but a favourite spot is the villa's 15m pool, sunken Jacuzzi and limestone terrace which offers the perfect al fresco location. The amazing lap pool and Jacuzzi overlooking Chaweng Beach and stunning views from up the hill are perfect for jet-setting families or groups of friends who favour sleek and minimalist hideaways.

Minimum Stay

Dates overlapping Christmas and the New Year require a minimum stay of 10 nights.

Check-in/out

Early check-in from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm charged at 50% of the nightly rate. Early check-in before 10:00 am charged at 100% of the nightly rate. Late check-out until 6:00 pm charged at 50% of the nightly rate. Late check-out after 6:00 pm charged at 100% of the nightly rate.

Child under 2 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.

Food and Sundries

In-villa shopping service is available at THB 300 or 20% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT. Pre-arrival shopping service is available at THB 650 or 20% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT. Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card with an additional surcharge up to 5%.
