Set in the centre of the much-loved village of Eygalières, Villa Aquarelle is a newly built home whose design draws on traditional Provençal architecture. It offers a calm, private retreat while keeping the rhythms of village life within easy reach.
Completed in 2025, the house has been finished with a considered selection of authentic Provençal materials, and classic furnishings give the interiors a chic yet welcoming character across approximately 320 sqm. On the ground floor, a generous living and dining area is anchored by a fireplace, with French doors opening directly onto the garden. The fully equipped kitchen flows out to a shaded terrace with a plancha and an al fresco dining area for eight.
The four bedrooms are spacious and refined, each with its own ensuite bathroom, accommodating up to eight guests. One bedroom sits on the ground floor with access to the garden, while the three on the first floor look out towards the Alpilles. The layout suits families and groups of friends equally well.
Outside, broad, well-kept gardens are planted with olive trees, and a flat, shaded lawn is ideal for younger children. The 10m x 4m salt-water pool, fitted with an electric cover, is lined with sun loungers and a long outdoor sofa; it can be heated outside of 1 May to 1 October at an additional cost of €700 per week.
The village's butcher, baker, café-bar, weekly market and fine restaurants are a one-minute walk away, while the historic towns of Les Baux, Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Arles, Avignon and Aix-en-Provence make rewarding destinations for days of sightseeing and shopping.
