An outdoor kitchen, complete with a barbecue and pizza oven, complements the outdoor dining area, which seats up to sixteen guests. The property is fully fenced with private gates and includes parking, lawns, parasols, and an outdoor shower.
Inside, the estate presents curated interiors with soft lighting and stone floors, reflecting a blend of traditional and modern aesthetics. The open-plan chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, dishwasher, freezer, and wine cooler, facilitating effortless meal preparation. An elegant dining area accommodates up to fourteen guests. For leisure, a billiards room is available, alongside amenities such as central heating, a fireplace, WiFi, and Smart TVs.
Four serene double bedrooms, each with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom, offer comfort and privacy. Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 each feature a 200cm x 200cm bed; Bedroom 2 also provides direct access to a private terrace with a seating area.

Located in one of Mallorca’s authentic regions, the estate is a short drive from the unspoiled beach of Son Serra de Marina. The charming towns of Artà, known for its cobbled streets and weekly market, and Sant Llorenç, with its artisan shops, are easily accessible. Scenic hiking and cycling trails wind through pine forests and almond groves nearby. A car rental is recommended for exploring the area. Practical distances include a restaurant at 7.2km (16 mins), a shop at 12.0km (20 mins), and Sant Llorenç town at 11.9km (19 mins). The airport is 61.0km (54 mins) away.
Housekeeping is included, providing a light clean on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to clear rubbish and ensure order in the rooms. Tourist tax is also included. Additional cleaning services are available at an extra cost of 25 euros per hour, with a final cleaning fee of 800 euros.
