Despite its tranquil setting, the villa is well located for exploring the southwest of the island. The marina at Port d’Andratx and the beach at Camp de Mar are just a short drive away, while the city of Palma can be reached in approximately 30 minutes.

The finca accommodates up to ten guests across five bedrooms. Four bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the main house, each with an en-suite bathroom, two of which include bathtubs. A separate guest studio provides additional privacy and includes its own bathroom, kitchenette, and lounge area. All bedrooms feature extra-long beds, air conditioning, and carefully designed interiors.

Inside, the villa offers several inviting living spaces including a TV lounge and comfortable seating areas. Recreational features include table football, while a fitness room and sauna provide additional wellness facilities.

The outdoor areas are designed for relaxed Mediterranean living. Expansive terraces overlook the surrounding countryside and landscaped gardens, while a 12-metre swimming pool provides the perfect place to relax in the sun.

The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances and connects to an indoor dining area with seating for ten guests. Outdoor dining is supported by a terrace with an outdoor kitchen, grill, and seating for up to twelve guests, ideal for alfresco meals overlooking the landscape.

Nearby villages including Andratx and Es Capdellà offer a selection of restaurants, cafés, and local amenities, while the surrounding region provides access to beaches, coastal walks, and the scenic landscapes of southwest Mallorca.
