The property features 6 tastefully decorated bedrooms, that comfortably sleep up to 12 guests, and consists of a main building and an annexe.
Nestled among cypresses, oaks, olive trees, and lemon trees, the Villa welcomes you with a charming driveway. The ground floor boasts a billiard room with a wet bar, the main kitchen, a dining room, and a TV room, all adorned with fine wood furnishings in a striking black-and-white contrast. A stone staircase leads to the first floor, revealing a spacious living room with wooden beamed ceilings and four bedrooms with walk-in closets and private bathrooms.
The bedrooms include three with double beds and one with single beds. Additionally, there's an annexe featuring a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower, and two bedrooms—one double and one with two single beds (note: no air conditioning in the annexe). The villa's allure is heightened by a refreshing swimming pool with a jacuzzi, accessible through stone steps in the fragrant garden.
For added luxury, the villa offers a spa experience on the lower level, accessible from the back, featuring a Turkish bath, sauna, and jacuzzi. This idyllic setting promises relaxation and respite on hot summer days.
