Accommodating up to eight guests, this villa offers spacious indoor and outdoor living areas in one of Sardinia’s most exclusive areas, close to restaurants, nightlife, and golf clubs.

The villa’s interiors follow a soft, light blue color palette with a refined, minimalist design. Large windows and French doors allow natural light to fill the open-plan spaces, with wooden-beamed ceilings and whitewashed walls adding warmth and brightness. The living area includes plush seating, a high-resolution TV, and opens directly onto a terrace with sea views. A few steps lead to the kitchen and dining space, where a baby blue table comfortably seats eight. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 6-range stove, dishwasher, and stainless-steel sink, and opens onto the terrace for easy alfresco dining. A guest bathroom is also available.

Outdoors, the villa offers a fully furnished covered patio with a barbecue and dining area, ideal for open-air meals overlooking the garden and lawn.
