Villa Rehab is a private, six-bedroom canal-front retreat located in the residential community of Leeward, Turks and Caicos. Set across a main house and guest house, the villa is designed for families or groups seeking space, comfort, and direct access to the island’s calm inland waterways.

The property features tiered terraces with palm-shaded lounge areas, an infinity-edge pool that appears to flow into the canal, and a private dock ideal for jet ski drop-offs or boat charters that collect guests directly from the villa. A well-equipped outdoor kitchen and barbecue area make al fresco dining seamless, while a screened lanai provides a shaded retreat during the hottest hours of the day. Evenings can be spent in the hot tub, around the fire pit, or enjoying sunset views from the dock.

Indoors, the villa offers high ceilings, open-plan living areas, and a calming palette of soft tones and natural textures. The kitchen includes a large island suited for social cooking, and the living space is furnished with a plush sectional sofa for relaxed evenings.

The main house includes four en-suite bedrooms, each positioned in a corner for privacy. The principal suite faces the pool and features a king-size four-poster bed, freestanding soaking tub, and both indoor and outdoor showers. A second guest suite overlooks the pool and canal, while the remaining two bedrooms offer garden views.

A separate guest house contains two bedrooms sharing a bathroom, along with an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space. It is particularly well-suited to families with young children or guests travelling with a nanny.

Guests benefit from a full-time team including a butler, housekeeper, and concierge. Jet skis, paddleboards, and kayaks can be arranged for exploring nearby mangroves and beaches, and the poolside and dockside areas offer various options for both sun and shade throughout the day.
