Vista Selve is a marvellously well-appointed luxury property offering excellent facilities and incredible views of  Lake Garda from a prime hillside position.

The villa's 750 sqm outdoor space boasts a large infinity pool featuring a natural salt sterilization treatment. Adjacent to the pool is a large stone-built hydromassage bath and a terrace with deckchairs and a dining table for lovely al fresco meals. This picturesque scene is complemented by fragrant flower beds and the expansive olive tree groves. Upon request, the main pool can be heated, allowing guests to relish the outdoor environment throughout the seasons and admire nature's changing colours around the lake.

The ground floor hosts an open space with an iron and glass conservatory overlooking Lake Garda, along with a gas fireplace. The furnished open space includes a dining table, and behind it, there's a fully equipped kitchen centred around a marble counter. On the first floor, there's a bathroom with a toilet. The lower level features a SPA area with views of the garden and lake, equipped with a Finnish sauna, a hot tub, an emotional shower, a relaxation area with lounge beds, and a kettle for herbal teas.

Upstairs, the home offers three bedrooms: one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, the latter with the option to add a children's bed. Each room has a private bathroom (1 with a shower and 2 with a bathtub) and comes with a hairdryer.
