Villa Zingaro is organized into two floors. The ground floor features a sizable living room with a fireplace, a separate living room, a study with a sofa bed and a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen, a dining room, a laundry room, a bathroom with a shower, two double bedrooms each with a bathroom, and a double bedroom with an adjoining bathroom.

On the first floor, there is a tea room with a kitchenette, a double bedroom with a single bed, two further double bedrooms, and two bedrooms with French beds.  All eight bedrooms at Villa Zingaro have en-suite bathrooms with showers and are tastefully furnished in a charming country house style.

The villa also comes equipped with an outdoor loggia, terraces, a garden, an outdoor dining area, and a solarium, providing ample spaces for relaxation and enjoyment.
