Light-filled interiors, adorned with elegant touches such as Swarovski chandeliers, Persian rugs, and exquisite sculptures, all set within pristine white decor, create an inviting ambience.

As you enter from the parking area, you'll find the open-concept foyer spanning two levels. An office area with sea views and a fully equipped fitness room just a few steps above. The lower level boasts a chic living room with a 60'' TV, a modern kitchen complete with a custom-made table for 12, and access to spacious terraces featuring designer furniture, an infinity swimming pool, and an outdoor dining area, all offering panoramic views of the Adriatic sea.

Within the villa, you'll find 5 luxurious double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, comfortably accommodating 10 guests, with an additional pull-out sofa for 1 adult or 2 children under 7 years old. Three bedrooms are situated on the west side, while two separate guest units are positioned on the east.
