Rockwood is a south-facing luxury villa designed for privacy, relaxation, and high-spec living. Overlooking La Reserva’s fairways with sweeping views to the Mediterranean, the villa features both indoor and outdoor infinity-edge pools, multiple terraces, a full spa, cinema, gym, games room, and extensive outdoor entertaining space.

Behind electric gates, a sweeping driveway leads to a garage with space for four cars. Inside, the main living space features double-height ceilings and panoramic views across the terrace and out to sea. A separate TV room adjoins the formal living area, and the dedicated dining room seats 10. The fully fitted kitchen includes two dishwashers, American-style fridge-freezer, coffee machine, and a breakfast area for 6 to 8.

The main terrace connects directly to the outdoor pool, surrounded by sun loungers, shaded seating, a dining area for 12, and a fully equipped summer kitchen with a built-in 5-burner grill, side burners, and an outdoor fridge. Pool towels are provided.

The master suite includes a super king bed, private lounge area, walk-in wardrobe, and a large ensuite with bath and walk-in shower. A private terrace features sun loungers and seating. Guest Bedroom 2 on the first floor also has a king bed, ensuite, and private terrace. Guest Bedrooms 3, 4, and 5 are on the ground floor, each with king beds, ensuites, and direct access to the main terrace. On the lower ground floor, Bedroom 6 offers two double beds, fitted wardrobes, and ensuite bathroom.

The villa offers extensive leisure and wellness facilities. Indoors, a dedicated spa area includes a heated pool with jacuzzi jets, sauna, steam room, ice shower, and changing rooms. A gym is equipped with a treadmill, Smith rack, dumbbells, and yoga gear. The cinema room features surround sound and full reclining beds. A games room with a fitted bar includes a pool table, poker table, table tennis, darts, karaoke, and more. A second TV area sits behind the guest wing.

The upstairs terrace includes a large hot tub, firepit, and further sun loungers. A dedicated office space provides inspiring views for remote work.

The entire property is connected via a Denon sound system, controlled by the in-house iPad, and has strong Wi-Fi throughout.
