Set against the stunning backdrop of Lake Como, this elegant villa offers a serene and private escape in one of Northern Italy’s most picturesque settings. The standout feature is its panoramic view of the lake, offering guests an uninterrupted connection to the beauty of the surroundings. With six double bedrooms, a room with a French bed, and a twin room in the Torretta, the villa comfortably accommodates up to fourteen guests across multiple floors.

The villa’s spacious terrace overlooks the water and includes a modern heated pool (heating available on request for an additional fee), along with direct lake access. The poolside area is outfitted with sun loungers, creating a peaceful space to unwind with a book or drink in hand.

Inside, the ground floor features a stylish living room, a large dining room and fully equipped kitchen, both with access to the terrace, a guest bathroom, and a staff-use laundry room. On the first floor, there is a cozy sitting area and three bedrooms: a master bedroom with a private terrace and en-suite with bath and shower, a second double bedroom with en-suite bath and walk-in wardrobe, and a room with a French bed and en-suite bath.

The second floor includes four double bedrooms, each with king-size beds and en-suite or dedicated bathrooms, some with baths and others with showers, and a twin room in the Torretta, arranged over two levels with an internal staircase. A games room on this floor adds entertainment with table tennis and foosball.
