Spanning 340m2, it presents a refined, minimal design, providing both a secluded atmosphere and convenient access to the island's vibrant destinations. The villa accommodates up to 14 guests across seven bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom.

The exterior spaces are designed for leisure and enjoyment, featuring an infinity swimming pool and a five-seat jacuzzi. Guests can relax on sunbeds or within the shaded lounge and seating areas, complete with a bar. An outdoor dining area, also under a pergola, is complemented by a BBQ, ideal for al fresco meals. An outdoor shower is also available.

The Pool Level hosts the main entrance hall, a living room equipped with climate control, ceiling fans, a sound system, and a TV, offering direct access to the pool and terrace. This level also includes a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest W.C., and a double bedroom with a built-in queen-size bed, TV, shower, climate control, ceiling fan, and a safe box.

The Upper Level features two additional double bedrooms. One offers twin joinable beds convertible to a king-size, a TV, climate control, ceiling fan, safe box, and a balcony with sea views. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, shower, climate control, ceiling fan, safe box, and a balcony also overlooking the sea.
