Luna Blu is an exquisite 500 sqm seafront villa built over two levels and located on the shores of Fontane Bianche, a well-known beach resort in eastern Sicily.

Overlooking a rocky beach, the villa has a large manicured sea-facing garden with a private pool and private access to the sea and rocks below.

The property is close to local shops, banks, and restaurants and within driving distance of Catania, Taormina, the natural park of Etna and the Baroque towns of Syracuse, Noto, Modica and Ragusa-Ibla. The location of Villa Luna Blu is also an ideal starting point for visiting the nature reserves of Vendicari, Pantalica and Cassibile.

Upon entering the ground floor, you step into a spacious living area featuring two distinct seating zones adorned with comfortable sofas and an ornamental fireplace. Within this inviting space, guests can also discover a dining area and a well-appointed study complete with a library.

Adjacent to the dining space is a generously sized and fully equipped kitchen, complemented by a convenient larder and laundry room. Additionally, this level encompasses a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom with single beds, a separate bathroom with a shower, and a guest bathroom furnished with a toilet and basin.

Ascend the stairs within the living area to reach the first floor, where a master bedroom awaits with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom equipped with both a bath and shower. Additionally, there is another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, as well as a twin bedroom with single beds and an en-suite bathroom.

Further stairs lead to the loft, where an additional double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is located.

Step outside, and you'll find a spacious garden featuring a heated swimming pool, maintained at a comfortable 26° Celsius, and available for use from March 1st to November 30th. A welcoming veranda invites you to indulge in delightful alfresco dining experiences, while the pool area's sun terrace beckons with well-equipped seating, cosy loungers, and umbrellas. There is also an expansive grassy area, providing a perfect spot for basking in the sun and unwinding.
