Outdoor tables and armchairs outside the main rooms with a view overlooking the estate are perfect spots for breakfast or coffee. With a barbecue and a 10,000 m² fenced landscaped garden guests will have ample opportunities to enjoy the outdoor spaces. A ping-pong table is also available on request

The road to the villa passes through the Antognolla Golf Course, followed by 3 km of white gravel road. Please note that the roads are in good condition but occasionally steep and with little stones as all the country roads, so they are not suitable for low-height cars or sports cars

The lower floor hosts the living room with TV and access to the outside, a laundry room, a double bedroom with access to the outside and a children’s bunk bedroom with a bathroom and shower.

On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room. A few steps down guests will find a small bathroom and a sitting room with a fireplace and access to the outside.

On the first floor there is a well-appointed double bedroom with bathroom with shower and a staircase and landing with access to the outside. A few steps up is the Master bedroom with a bathroom with a bathtub, shower and walk-in closet

The property also features a Pool House which includes a kitchen, a living room with fireplace, and 2 double bedrooms with bathrooms and showers. All rooms in the Pool House offer direct access to the outside.
