A fully equipped summer kitchen with a grill, open-air dining area, and comfortable lounge seating provide the perfect setting for outdoor gatherings.

Wellness and recreation are central to the experience, with a private Finnish sauna, outdoor gym equipped with TRX gear, a golf driving net and putting green, and a private amphitheatre for casual evening entertainment. Indoors, the villa includes a modern kitchen with an island, a dining area, and a living room on the ground floor, where two bedrooms are also located. The remaining two bedrooms are situated on the upper floor, ensuring space and privacy for all guests.

A private wine cellar offers a curated selection of wines for guests to enjoy at their leisure. Bicycles and SUP boards are available on-site, and guests are welcomed with a generous arrival package including beverages, fruit, and snacks. Included in the stay are two jeep vehicles and a private boat with a professional skipper, both available for guest use throughout their visit (fuel charged per consumption).
