The villa accommodates up to 12 guests across six en suite bedrooms, each designed with generous proportions and finished with high-quality linens and designer robes. Several rooms include private terraces with views across the bay. Full air conditioning is available throughout.

A series of five sea-facing terraces, including a rooftop solarium, allow for outdoor living in every part of the day. The Tower Terrace provides a unique 360-degree vantage point, while the outdoor barbecue area is equipped with a gas grill, retractable awnings, and privacy screens for shaded dining.

Inside, the interiors balance traditional and modern aesthetics with subtle maritime detailing. Guests have use of two kitchens including a dedicated chef’s kitchen, as well as multiple lounge areas fitted with a full Sky package, movie library, and multi-zone sound system.

Seabound Grace also features a private mooring, offering access by boat to nearby destinations such as Sant Elm, Dragonera Island, or Camp de Mar.
