Sea Breeze is a contemporary villa located within the Royal Westmoreland Community on Lancaster Ridge, offering uninterrupted views across the 16th and 17th fairways and the Caribbean Sea.

The main villa has four ground-floor bedrooms, three with king beds and one with a flexible twin or king setup. Each includes an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and ceiling fans. A state-of-the-art kitchen features Miele appliances, including a steam oven, combo oven, microwave, wine fridge, and dishwasher. Additional spaces include a media room with cable TV and WiFi throughout.

The upper-level verandah provides circular seating, alfresco dining, and lounge areas designed to capture sunsets over the fairways and coastline.

A two-bedroom guest cottage includes a queen room and a twin room, along with a shared bathroom, kitchenette, private patio, verandah, and BBQ.

The outdoor area is centered around a 42-foot saltwater pool with in-pool loungers. Guests benefit from housekeeping and cook services six days per week.

Access to the Royal Westmoreland Clubhouse, Rum Shack, and Mullins Beach Bar is included, with complimentary transport to Mullins Beach. Golf arrangements at Royal Westmoreland can also be organized on request.
