Surrounded by a lush garden, the villa boasts an exceptional pool and a generous poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers inviting guests to sit back and unwind while enjoying the panorama. In the garden, you will find the children's playground. With gorgeous views of the sea, the outdoor area also features a spacious patio offering an alfresco dining area under the shade of a pergola, complete with a pizza oven, barbecue and wonderful views over the sea.

Paved with handmade majolica tiles, the ground floor of the main villa boasts a living room complete with a decorative fireplace and comfortable sofas and armchairs with plenty of seating. The furnishings are elegant and refined and include some antique pieces. With an impressive sense of comfort and elegance, the room also houses a spacious dining area. From the living room, you will be able to enter the first terrace and the kitchen, which features a dining table and all the amenities you might need during your stay.

On the ground floor, you will also find a bathroom complete with a shower, and a guest bathroom complete with a washing machine. Flooded with natural light, the first floor boasts a second terrace with wonderful views of the sea. The terrace is equipped with a table, chairs and comfortable deck chairs. Flooded with light, the first floor also houses a comfortable double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower, three double bedrooms, and two bathrooms, one with shower and one with a bathtub with shower.

Offering a tranquil atmosphere, the dependence features a fifth bedroom. You will be able to enter the fifth bedroom from a patio through a French door.
