Palace is an eight-bedroom villa on the Cretan coast, just a 10-minute drive from Elounda. Surrounded by landscaped Mediterranean gardens, it offers expansive outdoor spaces and private sea access, creating an exclusive retreat for up to 16 guests.

Outdoors, highlights include an infinity pool with panoramic sea views, a Davis Cup–size tennis court, boules court, and a shaded terrace with BBQ for alfresco dining. A private wooden platform at the water’s edge is furnished with loungers, a drinks fridge, and a ladder leading directly into the sea.

Indoors, the property is divided between the main villa and a separate cottage. Light-filled living and dining areas open onto terraces, while interiors are furnished with classic pieces, artwork, and large windows framing the views. The eight bedrooms are individually styled and fitted with quality linens, and a fully equipped kitchen serves the needs of larger groups.
