Epavli is a modern waterfront villa set along the north coast of Crete, just 15 km from Heraklion. Designed across two levels, the villa accommodates up to 12 guests and offers uninterrupted views of the Aegean Sea.
The outdoor areas include a private infinity pool overlooking the water, sun loungers, a BBQ, and a shaded dining space, with a private path leading directly to the beach.
Indoors, the villa features four en-suite bedrooms, a master suite with a spa-style bathroom, and a private apartment with its own kitchen for additional guests. A fully equipped gym with sea views is also included.
Though set in a quiet location, the villa is within easy reach of Agia Pelagia, Achlada, and Ligaria, along with local beaches, tavernas, and the city of Heraklion for historic sites and cultural experiences.
