This contemporary hillside villa offers panoramic views across Alcudia and Pollença bays, positioned just a two-minute drive from the 7km sandy beach of Port Alcudia and the historic old town with its restaurants and shops. Alcanada Golf Club and its seafront restaurant are within five minutes.

The gated grounds feature landscaped gardens with olive trees, a water feature, fire pit, and a newly planted eco-orchard designed to support sustainability and biodiversity.

The villa is arranged across a single level and includes three ensuite bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, private bathroom, and direct access to the pool terrace with bay views. The second bedroom is configured with twin beds and overlooks a bougainvillea-framed fountain. The third bedroom, accessed independently via the garden, overlooks an ancient olive tree and includes its own ensuite bathroom.

The open-plan living area features expansive glass doors framing sea views and allowing natural light throughout. This space includes a lounge area, dining space, and a wine cellar stocked with Mallorcan and international wines, champagnes, and cavas. The modern kitchen is fully equipped.

The outdoor terrace includes dining and lounge areas, sun loungers, and two Vondom igloos surrounding a saltwater infinity pool with swim stream and optional heating. A sunken fire pit provides an additional seating area. The lawn offers mini golf, pétanque, table tennis, volleyball, and badminton setups.

The dedicated BBQ and bar area includes a Teppanyaki grill, Kamado BBQ, ice maker, draft beer tap (25L included), and a circular Italian marble dining table. A 92-inch screen with surround sound is installed for outdoor viewing.
