Chalet X is a beautifully finished large chalet offering standout facilities and expansive valley views. The open plan living space is designed for comfort, with soft seating around the open fire and floor to ceiling windows framing the panoramic scenery. The lounge connects seamlessly with the dining area and kitchen bar, creating a sociable space perfect for shared meals and evening relaxation.

Seven bedrooms are spread across the chalet, all styled with soft furnishings and contemporary lighting. Five benefit from en suite shower rooms while the remaining two share a bathroom. The chalet sleeps 12 guests in comfort and can accommodate up to 15 if needed.

On the ground floor the private spa area includes a steam room, sauna, and an indoor swimming pool with a mezzanine level cardio suite above. The south facing wrap-around terrace features an outdoor hot tub and a heated snug area, ideal for après ski moments or catching the last of the day’s sun.

The chalet’s flexible layout suits families, larger groups, or corporate bookings while the Summit service provides added comfort. A professional chef delivers bespoke menus including pre-dinner canapés and a three course evening meal followed by local cheeses and drinks by the fire.

An experienced host provides front of house service and a private driver is available from 08:00 to 22:00 daily for easy access to Morzine and the ski slopes. The team is overseen by a dedicated chalet manager offering concierge support to ensure a seamless stay.
