Nestled within 3600 m² of beautifully landscaped gardens, the property features an impressive sun terrace and a 16 x 10 m pool. The natural beauty of Casa Rocco is enhanced by tropical palms and mature gardens. The 90 m² chill-out and yoga area, covered by a modern sail, includes large comfortable recliners, Moroccan daybeds, and a striking Buddha water feature, providing a serene escape or a cool haven from the midday heat.

Inside, the villa is equally stunning, boasting a modern catering kitchen, two cool lounge areas with pool views, indoor dining, and stylish bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning. The bedrooms can be arranged as twin or double rooms to suit your needs.

The spacious catering kitchen, equipped with bi-fold doors and windows, opens to the pool and outdoor cooking/dining areas. It includes large catering fridges, two 5-ring hobs, two ovens, over 8 m of work surfaces, a double sink, a dishwasher, and a large central island. There is also a separate laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The lounge, connected to the kitchen and indoor dining area by 5 m bi-fold doors, offers great views of the pool and gardens. It is furnished with large sofas, bean bags, a rustic coffee table, and a Bose iPod dock. Another TV lounge, also with large patio doors overlooking the pool, features ample seating, a large plasma satellite TV, a Bose iPod dock, a DVD player, a PlayStation 2, and various games and board games.

With no internal steps and only a few external steps, the villa is wheelchair accessible. A single step provides access to the pool terrace, driveway, and rear chill-out area.

The property is enclosed by a high perimeter wall and secured with two sets of electronic security gates. Each bedroom has a safe, and rear windows are protected by security grills. The villa is equipped with a police-connected alarm system and fire/carbon monoxide alarms.

The expansive villa grounds offer ample parking space for more than 10 vehicles.
