This single-level villa in the Casa de Campo resort offers a peaceful retreat just a short distance from Minitas Beach. Blending modern design with natural materials, the home features five air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and closet. Four of the suites include an integrated inner patio, and all are arranged in a bungalow-style layout connected by an open terrace deck for added privacy.

The spacious living area opens directly to the pool and includes a lounge with plush seating and a studio with a flat-screen TV. Indoor and outdoor dining areas offer flexible spaces for shared meals, and the kitchen comes fully equipped.

Outdoors, a private pool, heated jacuzzi, and tropical garden provide a calm and relaxing setting with views of the golf course. Two golf carts are included for convenient access to Casa de Campo’s resort amenities.

The cost of the registration is US$25/adult/day (12 years of age and older), US$ 12/child/day (between 4-12 years old) and children under 4 years of age are granted free access.
