Situated on Mallorca’s tranquil east side, this newly built residence spans 1.6 hectares, offering a secluded retreat with distant sea views. The spacious property features six double bedrooms, each accompanied by a private en-suite bathroom, designed for comfort and privacy.

The outdoor areas are thoughtfully appointed for relaxation and entertainment. A substantial 15m x 4m swimming pool, available for heating upon request, is bordered by sunbeds and parasols, alongside a dedicated yoga area. Expansive terraces, fragrant with lavender and citrus trees, extend from the main living spaces. The Mediterranean garden is meticulously maintained and beautifully illuminated in the evenings. A covered barbecue area, complete with a professional grill, provides an ideal setting for al-fresco dining and serves as an additional outdoor lounge. Guests can also enjoy a volleyball court within the estate.

Inside, the elegant living room is furnished with designer pieces, including comfortable sofas and armchairs, complemented by a full HD television and a sound system for both indoor and outdoor enjoyment. The newly designed, high-quality white gloss kitchen is fully equipped, providing an excellent space for preparing meals. Both the kitchen and living room offer direct access to the main terrace. The entire property benefits from air conditioning and heating throughout all living areas and bedrooms.

Each of the six double bedrooms is furnished to a high standard, featuring designer pieces and individual charm. All include a television, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom. Specific configurations include:

  • Bedroom 2: King-size bed, en-suite with walk-in shower.

Further amenities include a dedicated laundry room with a washer and tumble dryer, along with complimentary baby cribs and high chairs. For entertainment, guests have access to Wi-Fi, satellite television, and a table tennis setup. The property is conveniently located approximately 3 km from the village of Porto Colom, 2.5 km from a local restaurant, and 3.7 km from a shop. Large, organised events are possible by prior arrangement, with additional costs applying based on guest numbers and duration, accommodating up to 25 additional guests.

Large, organised events are possible in both fincas. However, events must be discussed beforehand on a individually. Depending on the number of guests and duration of the event, additional costs of between €2.000,00-€5.000,00 will apply per week.

Pool cleaning: Tuesdays and Saturdays from 07:30.

Not Included

Security Deposit
The refundable deposit must be paid to us by bank transfer at least 4 weeks before arrival. This will be refunded within 2 weeks after departure. Any damage caused will be offset against the deposit.
Pool Heating
Pool Heating - additional €60 per day to be added to price. This flat rate is also charged for the desired pre-heating, which may take 3 to 7 days depending on the outside and (desired) water temperature.
