Brela Horizon is a modern seafront villa located in Brela on the Makarska Riviera, positioned just 90 metres from the sea and 2.5 km from the village centre. The property enjoys open views across the Adriatic Sea and nearby islands while remaining within reach of local summer events and amenities.

Set on a 1,000 m² plot, the villa offers 850 m² of interior living space arranged over four floors, all connected by elevator. The property accommodates up to 18 guests across nine air-conditioned bedrooms, with ten bathrooms and two additional guest toilets.

The ground floor is designed as an open-plan living space with lounge, LCD satellite TV and a dining table for 18 guests. Large sliding doors open onto the first level of the cascading courtyard terraces. This floor also includes a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerated wine wall and a guest toilet. A dedicated children’s playroom features table tennis, toys and a PlayStation console.

The first floor hosts five ensuite bedrooms with queen-size beds, two of which benefit from spacious balconies. One bedroom also includes a sofa bed for two additional guests.

The second floor is dedicated to wellness, offering a gym, sauna, outdoor jacuzzi, bathroom with shower and additional toilet.

The top floor comprises four further ensuite bedrooms with queen-size beds.

Outdoors, the heated infinity swimming pool is positioned within the cascading courtyard and is equipped with sun loungers and three umbrellas. Below, a fenced meadow provides additional outdoor space suitable for children. A short walk through pine trees leads to the road separating the property from the pebble beach.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and includes Wi-Fi, LCD satellite TV, PlayStation, elevator, fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, hood, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, wine wall, kettle and coffee machine) and private on-site parking.
