Allure 505 is a three-bedroom beachfront residence located on the top floor at the north end of the building, offering elevated and uninterrupted views across Brighton Beach. Positioned directly on the West Coast, the condo combines contemporary design with a prime oceanfront setting.

The open-plan living, kitchen and dining area is designed to maximise natural light, with floor-to-ceiling windows framing the sea. The living space opens onto a private patio overlooking the water, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. The kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances and includes a breakfast bar, while the adjacent dining area provides space for relaxed meals and entertaining.

All three bedrooms are ensuite and include televisions. The master suite enjoys sweeping sea views and features a spacious ensuite bathroom with high-quality finishes.
