Located in Sainte-Anne, this minimalist villa combines natural and mineral tones and enjoys sweeping views over the sea.

The village of Sainte-Anne sits along the southern coast of Grande-Terre, stretching from Pointe du Morne Jacques to Pointe des Helleux. Its beaches are partly sheltered from Atlantic currents by a coral reef barrier. The best-known beaches include Plage de la Caravelle to the west, Bois-Jolan Beach to the east, and the main Sainte-Anne Beach, known for its exceptionally fine sand.

Within walking distance is the beach of La Toubana Hotel & Spa, along with its sea-view restaurant.

The villa offers 300 m² of space, including a 150 m² terrace, and accommodates up to six guests.

It features three air-conditioned suites, each with a king-size bed (200 x 200), a private Italian-style shower room, and a separate restroom. Each suite opens onto a terrace with sea views, and one bedroom is located on the ground floor with independent exterior access.
